What should I wear? Dress in comfortable, cozy clothes that let you move freely. As the evening air cools, you'll want to stay warm while floating under the stars.

Will I get wet? Our team will assist you onto and off your float. Depending on mobility, you may need to step onto the pool's first step.

What is the cancellation policy? Life happens, and we understand. Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days in advance. A nominal cancellation fee of $10 applies to process refunds.

What if it rains? Our floating sound bath is a weather-dependent event, and your well-being is our priority. In case of rain or high winds, we'll work with you to reschedule your magical experience for another day within the next year. Should you not want to switch days and weather forces a cancellation, we offer a refund minus a $10 fee.

Can I book for a private party? We love hosting private parties! To arrange a special session for you and your guests, please reach out through our contact form, and let's create unforgettable memories together.

What if I am prone to motion sickness? For our guests who prefer steady ground, two land lounge chaises are available for a comfortable, motion-free experience. Should you feel uneasy during the event, our attentive assistant is on hand to guide you safely back to land. Your comfort is our top priority, so please signal us at the first sign of discomfort.

Is there a weight capacity? To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, the weight capacity for the floating experience is 270 lbs.
