Avocado Bliss Retreat is more than a destination—it’s a sanctuary for renewal. Rooted in the principles of regenerative hospitality, our retreat is designed to nourish the whole self—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Through farm-to-table meals, nature immersion, and intentional experiences, guests are invited to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.

Meet the Visionary Behind Avocado Bliss Retreat

A passionate traveler and wellness advocate, CJ has always been drawn to the stories that shape people’s lives. Her journey led her to regenerative farming—a practice that restores both the land and the food it provides. After overcoming personal health challenges, she immersed herself in holistic healing and sustainable living. Avocado Bliss Retreat is the culmination of her love for nourishing food, mindful practices, and the belief that true wellness starts with the nutrients beneath our feet.

Exploring Our Regenerative Oasis in Valley Center

Restoration is the heartbeat of Avocado Bliss Retreat—woven into the landscape, the dwellings, and the experience itself. Nestled in nature, the farm is a living, breathing ecosystem where soil health, biodiversity, and sustainability come first. By replenishing the land with regenerative farming techniques, we invite pollinators, enrich the soil, and cultivate nutrient-dense produce that fuels our guests with vitality.

Sustainable Farming for Nourishing Experiences

At Avocado Bliss Retreat, our farming philosophy follows nature’s wisdom, guided by regenerative principles from the NRCS (Natural Resources Conservation Service). Our practices include:
No-Till Farming – Protecting soil structure and life beneath the surface
Composting & Mulching – Enhancing fertility and moisture retention
Cover Crops & Alley Cropping – Supporting soil health and biodiversity
Hedgerows & Tree Planting – Creating wildlife corridors and sequestering carbon
Rainwater Retention & Nutrient Management – Working in harmony with nature’s cycles to savor the bounty

This land is an ever-evolving sanctuary, where each visit offers a deeper connection to the rhythms of nature and the nourishment it provides.
